You must be of legal age to agree in your jurisdiction. The service is offered for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with applicable law while streaming, proposing dares, or participating in sessions.

Nervix may modify features, policies, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable in-product or email notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nervix disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
